So if you work helping customers, help someone who helps customers or have ever been a customer yourself, the chances are you’ll find something for you.
I spend a chunk of time reading ‘stuff’, and noticing things in the world around us. Sometimes these things aren’t that interesting, but sometimes they can be downright fascinating.
A lot of the time this reading/observing starts a little cog working in my brain and with any luck this then connects with a slightly larger cog and I end up having an idea or thought about the world of customer experience as I see it.
My blogs are a result of these cogs.
